The perfect hen night is when everything goes to plan. Now, that's on easy from the party organisers point of view. It seems easy to organise an hen night / stag night but it can be quite difficult. There are many things to organise. There are lot's of different people to call. There's friends of the hen / stag who you may not even know or met before.

So, if you are organising a hen weekend, we suggest you take the following tips which will help you get things organised faster and smoother.

Firstly, speak to the hen and get details of the people she would like invited to her party.
Speak to each member of the party and throw some ideas around.
Confirm a budget which everyone is happy with. The budget might change as you plan unless you have already done all the homework.
Remember, not everyone will agree to the plan but it's your job to sell this to them and make them realise that it's a special night out for the hen.
Speak to the party and confirm whether they prefer to go through a company to book everything or book direct with individual companies. i.e limousine hire, hotels, nightclubs etc.

You can normally get excellent deals if you book the whole hen weekend package through a stag and hen company. Some companies will offer free entry deals to nightclubs and bars which can be quite expensive at the door.

Alternatively, most limousine hire companies will be able to get you free entry into local night clubs. It is always a good idea to confirm all details before the big night, as sometimes special promotions can expire without any prior notice/

It is always a good idea to think of activities that will get everyone involved. Like dares that have to be completed in groups or pairs. Activities such as paint balling or go-carting will help to give everyone a chance to get to know each other (if they don’t already know each other).

If you decide to go abroad for a hen/stag do make sure that you have confirmation details of everything that you have booked. Especially if you are going to a foreign company that you have not been to before. If you are getting airport transfers in a limousine make sure that the limousine hire company will be willing to wait for you, in the possibility that your flight will be delayed.
